“With the quarantine, I was stuck trying to juggle two full-time responsibilities: mom to a baby and employee. I was stressed, drowning and seemingly ineffective at everything. Cyndi listened to my struggles and identified three areas to focus on: My need for a detailed daily and weekly schedule, my desire to actually finish projects I start (which includes creative ones for fun) and keeping up with chores and meal planning. Cyndi is a sweet, good natured helper who listened well, gently pushed and checked in often. She counseled me through creating a detailed schedule that allowed me to compartmentalize my time, and I no longer felt guilty or pulled to do something other than what I had planned on doing. I knew what chores to do on which day, when to do meal planning, and time set aside for creativity or a snooze on Saturdays during nap time. When we listed out all my projects, organized them by priority, made visual task lists for each and assigned deadlines, it was easy (and fun) to work through them, one at a time. If you need any type of organizing accomplished in short order, you need to call Cyndi!  She is not only an amazing and motivated organizer she offers a helpful vision from the minute she walks in and assesses your situation, without judgment. I love how she always sends an email before she arrives to confirm that we are still on target for our organizational “dates.” She even shopped for the storage bins we used for organizing my garage (she even took clothing to a donation center for me, as she left for the day).  She is very quick with excellent suggestions that simplify my life, and at this point I don’t know what I would’ve done without her (I am trying to find more work for her because I know she can help me in other areas inside my house)!
